Job summary

Maison Malakeh in Lahore seeks a full-time Fashion Designer to research trends, develop concepts, sketch, and prepare technical specifications for new collections. You will select fabrics, collaborate with pattern and sample makers, oversee fittings, and refine garments to meet the desired silhouette and quality.

You will work with production teams to execute designs, contribute to embroidery decisions, and maintain brand consistency across all pieces.

Qualifications

• Strong fashion design skills including concept development and collection building.
• Experience with textiles: fabric selection, drape, and material behavior.
• Proficiency in embroidery and embellishment techniques.
• Fitting skills and ability to adjust garments with pattern and sample makers.
• Education in fashion design or equivalent professional experience.
• On-site studio work and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail.
