Job summary

Esire is seeking an experienced CAD Pattern Maker to develop production-ready patterns for men's and women's leather jackets and outerwear for international markets. The role requires strong pattern-making expertise, fit knowledge, and proficiency in standard CAD systems.

The candidate will work across teams to ensure accurate pattern development, grading, and documentation, while maintaining organized digital pattern libraries.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional apparel pattern-making experience.
• Hands-on experience with garment pattern CAD software.
• Proficiency in Gerber AccuMark, Lectra Modaris, Optitex, or TUKAcad.
• Strong understanding of manual pattern making and CAD.
• Experience with leather jackets and structured outerwear preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate digital patterns from tech packs and samples.
• Develop new styles using base blocks for men and women.
• Digitize manual patterns into CAD masters.
• Prepare shell, lining, facing, and reinforcement patterns.
• Grade patterns across the US size range.
• Ensure seam allowances, grainlines, notches, and labels.
• Generate PDFs and DXF for internal teams and suppliers.
• Maintain pattern revision history and library.
