Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and update need-based training programs and update existing courses as per different cadre of the employee.
• Structure the training program with lectures, group discussions and case studies to ensure practical understanding.
• Conduct training courses as per the training plans and assess understanding of the subject by trainees.
• Organize assessments, check papers and publish results.
• Research and design long-duration courses for newly hired and promoted staff.
• Organize seminars and workshops as per the training needs assessment.
• Prepare summary reports on trainees' feedback and evaluation.
• Implement innovative training delivery methods and evaluate program effectiveness.

Educational/Professional Qualification

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
• Candidates having a Masters degree and / or any professional certification(s) will be preferred

Experience

• Minimum 08 years of working experience, preferably in Banking and / or Financial Institution(s), out of which at least 03 years of experience as an in‑house trainer and / or a full time Trainer in Banking Functions, such as Credit and / or Trade and / or Compliance and / or Banking Operations
• Candidates who are certified Trainer or having experience of training would be preferred

Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required

• Extensive knowledge of Banking Operations and learning theories
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Highly proficient in MS Office suite and online video conferencing applications (Zoom, Meet, Teams, etc.) Core banking and other banking or related applications

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities

• To oversee design, develop need‑based training programs and update existing courses as per different cadre of the employee
• To structure the training program with lectures, group discussion and case studies to ensure practical understanding of the subject
• To conduct training courses as per the training plans and test to analyze the understanding of the subject by the trainees
• To conduct tests, check test papers and prepare result to be posted
• To research & design long duration courses for newly hired & promoted staff
• To organize seminars and workshops as per the training need assessment
• To arrange a summary report regarding trainees feedback & evaluation
• To implement innovative methodologies of training delivery, retention & evaluation and assess training programs based on procedural learning
• To perform any other assignment as assigned from the supervisors(s)

Employment Type
