VeriPark in Pakistan is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead the Product Engineering Team behind VeriTouch, a solution built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Power Platform. You will steer technical strategy, oversee design and architecture, and ensure scalable, secure delivery of enterprise applications.

The role requires 15+ years of hands-on .NET/C#, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform experience, plus at least 5+ years in a leadership position.

Qualifications

• 15+ years hands-on with .NET, C#, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional software development teams including sprint planning and delivery.
• Overssee design, development, and architecture of VeriTouch using Power Platform.
• Mentor engineers, conduct performance reviews, and drive best practices.
