Job summary

NorthBay Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced CRM Technical Lead with 10+ years to drive the technical development and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. You will lead design, development of custom components, plug-ins, workflows, and powerful Power Platform integrations.

You will guide teams on solution architecture, coding standards, security, performance, and quality, ensuring scalable and maintainable implementations for enterprise-grade CRM programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CRM Dynamics 365 technical development with leadership experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Proven track record developing plug-ins, workflows, and CRM extensions.
• Strong experience with platform integrations and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

• Develop and oversee plug-ins, workflows, custom business logic, and automation within Dynamics 365.

• Strong experience with Power Platform integrations and enterprise system integration.
• Good understanding of Dynamics 365 development frameworks, APIs, customisation, security, and solution management.
• Experience leading technical development teams and conducting technical design/code reviews.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
