Job summary

IT Knocks Pty Ltd in Karachi is seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to lead Dynamics 365 CRM engagements. You will guide teams, engage clients through workshops, and deliver scalable solutions using the Power Platform and Azure integrations.

The role emphasizes architectural oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering high-quality CRM programs for international clients. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE (Sales, Customer Service or Marketing).
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; Microsoft certifications preferred.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage multi-phase CRM projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of consultants and developers across project phases.
• Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Design and develop custom solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Engage with clients to define technical approaches and ensure alignment with goals.
• Collaborate with onshore consultants to deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Oversee data migration, integrations (APIs/middleware) and deployments.
• Troubleshoot CRM and integration issues and maintain code quality and ALM.
• Ensure documentation, reviews, and best practices throughout delivery.
