Job summary

NorthBay Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled CRM Developer with 5–8 years of experience to design, develop, customise, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and Power Platform automations for clients remotely, including data migration and secure integrations.

You will build plug-ins, workflows, and custom components, collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders, document technical details, and support deployment and post-implementation activities while adhering to coding

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Experience developing plug-ins, workflows, and custom CRM components.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate.
• Proven experience with CRM integrations and data migration.
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 APIs, data models, security, and solution management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on functional and technical requirements.
• Design and develop plug‑ins, custom business logic, workflows, and CRM components.
• Build business process automation using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate.
• Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and external/enterprise systems.
• Perform data migration, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and migration activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM customisations, integrations, and automation.
• Follow development standards and best practices to ensure solution quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.
