Job summary

Frontier Works Organization in Nok Kundi, Pakistan seeks a qualified Quantity Surveyor to lead and supervise all QS activities for mining infrastructure and construction projects locally. Qualifications

• DAE Civil (Civ) degree required.
• Experience handling cost estimation, budgeting and cost control.
• Proficiency with quantity surveying software and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all quantity surveying activities for mining infrastructure and construction projects.
• Prepare and review BOQs, take-offs, and detailed cost estimates for civil works.
• Monitor expenditures, analyze cost variations, and ensure costs stay within budgets.
• Review quotations, evaluate tenders, and support contract award decisions.
• Manage contractual matters including interim payments, variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and contractors for quantities and payment certifications.
• Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial progress updates.
