AshreiTech is seeking a confident Lead Generation Caller to generate business opportunities through outbound cold calling and engage international prospects. You will qualify leads and connect potential clients with the sales team.

Responsibilities include identifying prospects, building rapport, handling objections, and following up to move opportunities forward. Strong English, CRM familiarity, and US-hours alignment are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation or outbound business development.
• Excellent spoken English and a professional telephone manner.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, lead databases, and sales tracking tools.
• Willingness to work US business hours and target Texas and other markets.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM

Salary: PKR 150,000 - 200,000 per month
