Job summary

AshreiTech is seeking a confident Lead Generation Caller to generate business opportunities through outbound cold calling and engage international prospects. You will qualify leads and connect potential clients with the sales team.

Responsibilities include identifying prospects, building rapport, handling objections, and following up to move opportunities forward. Strong English, CRM familiarity, and US-hours alignment are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation or outbound business development.
• Excellent spoken English and a professional telephone manner.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, lead databases, and sales tracking tools.
• Willingness to work US business hours and target Texas and other markets.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's outsourcing services.
• Identify potential customers through lead lists, online research, and databases.
• Assess prospects' business needs and qualify leads based on their interest and suitability.
• Build rapport, handle objections professionally, and maintain prospect engagement.
• Follow up with interested prospects to move opportunities forward.
• Maintain accurate call records, lead details, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Track lead status and keep contact databases updated.
