Job summary

PMCL-JAZZ is seeking a Manager Digital Solutions & Engineering in Islamabad to lead the technology strategy and architecture for Jazz Lifestyle Ventures’ digital platforms. You will own end-to-end product delivery across mobile, web, and AI-enabled services, guiding engineers and partners to build scalable, secure platforms for millions of users.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering or architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; Master’s is a plus.
• Strong background in large-scale digital platforms and mobile/web apps.
• Proven leadership as Technical Product Owner, Solution Architect, or Engineering Lead.
• Expertise in microservices, API-first design, and distributed systems.
• Cloud-native expertise across Kubernetes and cloud providers.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, and security-by-design.
• Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination.
• Fluent in English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall technical architecture of the JLV ecosystem.
• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
• Define engineering standards, API governance, and security practices.
• Drive microservices and cloud-native architecture adoption.
• Manage cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure consistent UX, integrations, analytics, and platform security.
• Lead architecture reviews and governance for new initiatives.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure secure-by-design principles.
