Job summary

JazzCash is seeking an Expert Solution Design professional in Islamabad to drive product concepts from ideation through to launch. You will collaborate with product, architecture, and development teams to translate ideas into deliverable solutions for DFS and telco contexts.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, rigorous feasibility analysis, and end-to-end delivery across internal and external teams, reporting to the Manager Solution Design Team.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Product Management and cross-functional project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage JazzCash products -Product lifecycle from ideation to feature roll outs and improvements.
• Lead cross functional teams responsible for end to end product deliveries.
• Plan and formulate R&D proposals including objective, costs, and resource requirements.
• Conduct SIT's and UAT cycles for internal / external stakeholders.
• Learn and implement Branchless Banking Platform configurations.
• Define metrics to inform product success and overall strategy to deliver industry-leading solutions.

Job description

In this role you will work with stakeholders to formulate a requirement document and give your technical input regarding the feasibility of an idea. Once the requirement document is up to date and approved, your role will take this idea to the drawing board and translate that idea into a reality. You will be expected to collaborate with internal as well as external stakeholders to analyze and deliver the end-product. Moreover, the Solution finalization with all relevant teams like product, architecture and Development team will be done by you.

The role reports directly to the Manager Solution Design Team.

What does Expert Solution Design do?

• Manage JAZZCASH products -Product lifecycle from ideation to feature roll outs. Selects correct design concepts and fundamental technology used for new products or improvement for existing ones
• Plans and formulates aspects of research and development proposals such as objective or purpose of project, applications that can be utilized from findings, costs of project, and equipment and human resource requirements
• Manage diverse set of stakeholders and lead cross functional teams responsible for end to end product deliveries
• Should be aware of DFS offerings and services and understand the needs of a telco/digital/ DFS user to deliver effective solutions
• Supplement the product go-to-market plans. Ensuring a timely delivery of projects in collaboration with other departments
• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative digital products in the DFS domain
• Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
• Understand the overall strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
• Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, change management, quality assurance and testing of products
• Process development and implementation for each product
• Learn and implement Branchless Banking Platform configurations
• Conducting SIT's and UAT cycles for internal / external stake holders
