Job summary

Frontier Works Organization seeks an experienced geology professional to supervise diamond core drilling operations in Balochistan, Pakistan. You will coordinate drilling crews, monitor borehole depth and core recovery, and maintain standardized geological records.

Responsibilities include overseeing core logging, sampling, and reporting results from field campaigns. The ideal candidate holds an MS/BS in Geology with 8–10 years of post-qualification experience, and demonstrates strong teamwork,

Qualifications

• Experience with core logging and sampling for base metal deposits.
• Fieldwork in remote or mountainous terrain is required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and environmental protocols.
• Core recovery percentage and data accuracy are essential.
• Timely completion of drill holes and logging.
• QA/QC compliance and data reliability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise geological activities at diamond core drilling sites and coordinate with drilling crews.
• Monitor drilling progress, borehole depth, core recovery, RQD and geological conditions.
• Record lithology, geological contacts, textures, alteration and faults.
• Coordinate and review downhole surveys and geophysical deviations.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly geological/drilling reports.
• Assist with geological sections and drill-hole summaries.
