Job summary

Frontier Works Organization in Balochistan seeks a Senior Geologist to plan and supervise mineral exploration programs and field activities. You will oversee geological mapping, drilling, sampling, and data integration to identify targets and develop models.

The role requires MS/BS in Geology with hands-on experience in geochemical, geophysical, and remote sensing techniques, plus strong leadership and reporting skills. On-site posting with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• MS/BS in Geology or related field and relevant certifications.
• Experience in mapping, drilling, logging, and mineralization assessment.
• Knowledge of QA/QC, HSE, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise mineral exploration programs and field activities.

• Develop geological and mineralization models using GIS and 3D tools.
• Prepare technical reports, work plans, budgets, and progress updates.

Job description

Plan and supervise mineral exploration programs and field activities.

Conduct and oversee geological mapping and sampling at different scales.

Identify and interpret lithology, alteration, mineralization, structures, and veins.

Supervise geochemical sampling, pXRF surveys, and QA/QC procedures.

Coordinate and interpret geophysical surveys (IP, ERT, MAG, and MT).

Plan and supervise diamond drilling programs.

Ensure systematic core logging, sampling, and geological data recording.

Interpret assay results and integrate geological, geochemical, and geophysical data.

Develop geological, alteration, and mineralization models using GIS and 3D software.

Generate and evaluate mineral exploration targets.

Prepare technical reports, work plans, budgets, and progress updates.

Ensure compliance with HSE standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
