Responsibilities

• Lead geological reconnaissance, field surveys, and detailed mapping.

• Process multispectral satellite imagery and remote sensing data for prospectivity.
• Apply GIS for data integration, analysis, modeling, and map preparation.
• Identify areas for economically viable mineral projects.
• Support exploration planning, target generation, and development of prospects.
• Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and project evaluations.
• Coordinate and supervise field exploration activities and contractors.
• Maintain geological databases, maps, field and sampling records.
• Travel across Pakistan for field assignments.

To lead and support mineral exploration activities acrossPakistan, including identification and evaluation of prospective mineraldeposits, geological mapping, data interpretation, and assessment ofeconomically viable exploration opportunities.

Job Description

• Conduct geologicalreconnaissance, field surveys, and detailed geological mapping inprospective mineral-bearing areas.
• Undertake mineralexploration activities, including geological investigations, sampling,data collection, interpretation, and resource assessment.
• Process and interpretmultispectral satellite imagery and other remote sensing data for mineralprospectivity analysis.
• Apply GIS tools forgeological data integration, spatial analysis, modelling, and preparationof exploration maps.
• Identify and evaluateprospective areas for economically viable mineral projects.
• Support explorationplanning, target generation, resource evaluation, and development ofmineral prospects.
• Prepare technicalreports, exploration reports, feasibility studies, and project evaluationreports.
• Coordinate and supervisefield exploration activities, contractors, and technical teams asrequired.
• Maintain accurategeological databases, maps, field records, sampling records, andexploration documentation.
• Travel extensivelyacross Pakistan and undertake field assignments in remote and challenginglocations.

Experience and Qualification

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Geology,preferably with specialization in Economic Geology, Mineral Exploration,or a related discipline.
• 4 to 05 years ofrelevant experience in mineral exploration, geological mapping, andresource evaluation.

Specific Requirements

• Willingness and abilityto undertake extensive fieldwork in remote and challenging areas acrossPakistan.
• Willingness to travelfrequently and spend extended periods at field/project sites.
• Strong analytical,reporting, and problem-solving skills.
