Job summary

Wisdom Workss in Karachi is seeking a confident, organized sales professional to manage incoming leads and help convert genuine prospects into clients. You will call new and existing leads, understand requirements and book consultations with the relevant consultant.

You will follow up via calls and WhatsApp, address questions and objections, maintain CRM records, and strive toward monthly conversion targets. Fluency in Urdu and English and a disciplined follow-up approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, listening and persuasion skills.
• Confidence in handling calls and objections.
• Professional Urdu and English.
• Organized approach to follow-ups and record-keeping.
• Previous experience in sales, telesales or customer support preferred.
• Immigration, education or consultancy experience will be an advantage.
• Must sell responsibly without making false promises or guaranteeing visa approval.
