Job summary

Interwood Mobel is seeking a Creative Design Consultant specializing in kitchens, doors, and wardrobes to translate client ideas into innovative designs and coordinate with architects and installation teams.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD or SketchUp. You will perform site measurements, develop 3D proposals, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior/Architectural Design or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of design consulting experience focused on kitchens, wardrobes, and doors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand needs, preferences and budget for kitchen, door, and wardrobe designs.
• Create detailed 3D models and design proposals using appropriate design software.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and to assess project feasibility at various stages: pre-design, installation, and post-installation.
• Coordinate with technical and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Maintain and develop relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to facilitate project execution.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the project duration, including progress updates every two weeks.
