Job summary

Pearmantra Innovations is seeking a Kiln Operator to ensure the kiln runs at optimum capacity and meets production targets. You will monitor temperatures, fuel valves, and cooling systems, and coordinate with the area in charge for material indenting and burner operations.

The role requires a DAE Chemical or F.Sc. with 8–12 years of cement sector experience; attention to detail and problem solving are essential for safe, efficient kiln operation.

To ensure quality and consistency ofproduct along with smooth operation of Kiln to meet production targets.

Job Description

• Ensure to run the kiln at optimum capacity, keeping in view standard operating parameters.
• Maintain all the necessary parameters according to specifications/requirements for smooth operation.
• Observe the thermometer and action of pyrometric cones through peepholes, or remove the object from the kiln and examine and examine/determine the rate of burning.
• Close fuel valves and firebox, open kiln-crown holes, and installs fans to cool objects.
  
• Responsible for inspection of tools/machinery and its availability well in time.
  
• Coordinate with area In charge for material indenting necessary for kiln burner operation/lining.
• Ensure complete inspection of pre-heater, kiln, cooler, hood lining, and necessary maintenance if required.

Experience and Qualification

• DAE Chemical / F.Sc. from recognized institution / board
  
• 08 to 12 years relevant experience preferably in cement sector.
