Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; master or certification is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software tools.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align with company goals.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management use.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Oversee accounting tasks including basic bookkeeping and record-keeping.
• Manage petty cash transactions with full documentation and reconciliation.
• Evaluate financial statements and monthly/quarterly expense reports to monitor costs and ensure budget compliance.
• Generate comprehensive reports for decision-makers.
• Coordinate with third-party tax consultants for tax compliance and filing.
