You will cold-call, qualify leads, schedule meetings with onboarding teams, and maintain a live lead tracker while hitting weekly and monthly targets. A business mindset and CRM experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, telesales, or business development.
• 6+ months of B2B experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and confidence with cold calling and handling objections.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
• Own equipment, internet and electricity backup.
• Experience with CRM or lead-tracking tools.
• Bachelor's degree preferred if experience checks out.

Responsibilities

• Cold-call and reach out to prospective corporate clients across industries.
• Identify and qualify new leads through research, referrals, and networking.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and onboarding team.
• Maintain an accurate lead tracker with up-to-date contact info and follow-up statuses.
• Pitch transportation solutions and tailor your approach to each client.
• Follow up consistently to move leads through the sales funnel.
• Hit weekly/monthly targets for calls, meetings, and leads converted.
