Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a Junior Production Engineer to ensure safe shift operations, productive resource use, and adherence to the production plan. You will monitor lab results, write shift reports, and coordinate with stores for timely material draw.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in chemical/mechanical/mechatronics or electrical engineering with up to 1 year of experience and knowledge of GMP/HACCP procedures, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical/ mechanical/ mechatronics or electrical engineering is required.
• 01 year experience preferred.
• Knowledge of instrumentation and DCS/SLC operation is required.

Responsibilities

• Post shift production and dispatches in SAP and fulfil manpower requirements.
• Achieve shift production targets for quality and quantity and control losses.
• Coordinate with Shift Chemist to handle in-process non-conformances and maintain product grades.
