Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated seeks an Electrical Engineer – Maintenance to manage all electrical maintenance activities, ensuring safe and efficient plant operations. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, project execution, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor/Master in Electrical Engineering, have 2 years of relevant experience, and be fluent in English. Knowledge of ERP systems and international standards in EHS is essential. Relocation is not available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance experience in process industry.
• Prior work experience in Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Process, Food, or Cement Industry.
• Sound knowledge of ERP systems.
• Good understanding of international EHS and Food Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical systems.
• Execute electrical projects, including upgrades and new installations.
• Manage critical spares inventory and supervise contractors.
• Lead the electrical team and promote safe working practices.
• Share continuous improvement projects for energy conservation.
