Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in process engineering/improvement, preferably in the BPO industry.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in modeling tools and statistics.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
• Ensure processes comply with quality standards and client expectations.
