Sapphire Finishing Mills invites fresh graduates to join its Management Trainee Officer program in Industrial Engineering. Qualifications

• Bachelor's (BS) or Master’s (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply (no prior work experience required)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with process/quality tools is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Raiwind, Lahore
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing and improving manufacturing processes and workflows
• Support production planning and capacity utilization initiatives
• Conduct time and motion studies to identify efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to reduce waste and downtime
• Help implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
• Prepare reports and data analysis for management review
• Participate in on-the-job training across various departments as part of the trainee program
