Job summary

Mous is seeking a logistics professional in Lahore, Pakistan, to manage end-to-end Amazon transfers and B2B shipments, with a focus on accurate records, 3PL performance, and cross-functional collaboration across S&OP, CX, and Finance. You will work with our Pakistan and UK teams from our Lahore office, with a hybrid work arrangement.

The role involves handling daily operational issues, stock movements, and reporting while contributing to process improvements as the business scales after our EU

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Experience in Excel. Should be confident working with data and using formulae (XLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Tables)
• Data entry and reporting skills. Strong attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills and proactive communication across time zones

Responsibilities

• Raise, track and follow through on Amazon transfers and B2B shipments.
• Prepare and maintain shipment documentation with complete records.
• Produce daily reports on 3PL performance and flag exceptions.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues, including CX queries, and resolve to closure.
• Support end-of-month stock movements and adjustments across systems.
