Ccl in Hyderabad, Pakistan is seeking a Legal Trainee to support contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment across commercial operations. The role requires close collaboration with Marketing, R&D, Quality Assurance, Finance and Sales to embed compliance throughout the business.
You will draft and review agreements, manage a CLM repository, provide opinions on liabilities, and monitor adherence to Legal Metrology, FSSAI, ASCI and consumer laws, while keeping internal
Competenze
- Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Strong ability to assess legal risk in contracts and regulatory matters.
- Ability to explain complex legal issues to non-legal teams.
Mansioni
- Draft, review and negotiate NDAs, vendor, marketing and supply contracts.
- Maintain contract repository using a CLM system.
- Provide legal opinions on contractual duties and liabilities.
- Ensure compliance with Legal Metrology, FSSAI, ASCI and data privacy rules.
- Advise on product labeling and promotional content to meet standards.
- Inform internal stakeholders about legal updates impacting the business.
- Coordinate with external counsel and regulators as needed.
- Organize training sessions on legal and compliance requirements.
