Job summary

Dr. Zia Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Legal Associate to draft, review and negotiate contracts, MOUs and NDAs in Lahore. The role requires familiarity with Pakistan laws, DRAP and pharmaceutical regulations, with 2–5 years of relevant experience.

You will coordinate with government authorities and external lawyers, ensuring robust legal risk management. Location is Lahore, with responsibilities covering drafting, regulatory compliance and corporate documentation.

Qualifications

• LLB or LLM from a recognized university.
• 2–5 years of relevant legal experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Pakistan laws, contracts & corporate matters.
• Familiarity with DRAP & pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
• Strong drafting, research & analytical skills.
• Good communication & negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office & legal documentation.
