Job summary

Lumix is seeking a confident, motivated Business Development Executive in Lahore to drive client acquisition for software and IT services. The role focuses on lead generation, outreach, and solution pitching to potential clients in the software and e-commerce space.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of software/IT services, and a growth-oriented attitude. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; up to 1 year of experience in BD, Sales, IT Sales, Lead Generation or related role preferred.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of software, websites, e-commerce, CRM, or IT services is an advantage.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, lead generation, and CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, follow up consistently, and achieve targets.
• Confident, professional, and growth-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, email, social media, directories, and other platforms.
• Generate leads for software development and IT services.
• Communicate with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
• Pitch services including Custom Software, CRM, ERP, Shopify, E-commerce Development, Web Applications, SaaS Solutions, and Business Automation.
• Conduct cold outreach and consistently follow up with prospects.
• Schedule meetings and calls with qualified potential clients.
• Maintain records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with the technical team regarding client requirements and proposed solutions.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects and clients.
• Work toward assigned lead generation, meeting, and sales targets.
