IKONIC in Islamabad is seeking a Jr. Technical Project Manager to blend technical delivery with client-facing activities.

You will coordinate with clients, developers and sales teams to ensure successful projects, maintain clear documentation, and manage expectations throughout the lifecycle. The role emphasizes pre-sales support, detailed planning, and hands-on lifecycle management, with growth opportunities in a dynamic, globally oriented IT company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in a technical project management role in software.
• Fluency in English; IELTS preferred.
• Master's or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in a relevant field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from client onboarding to delivery.
• Translate business requirements into detailed project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Design and present customized software and web solutions aligned with client needs.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals including scope, pricing, and timelines.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure feasibility, efficient execution, and on-time delivery.
• Own the pre-sales and deal-closing cycle, ensuring smooth transition to delivery teams.
• Maintain clear client communication, manage expectations, and address concerns proactively.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams for scope, estimations, and resource planning.
• Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and drive process improvements.
