Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence in Lahore invites fresh graduates to join its 12-month IT Trainee Engineer program. You will support IT operations, manage Windows/Mac issues, and assist with server administration, networking, and cloud services under supervision.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, exposure to Microsoft technologies, Fortinet networking, and Azure cloud. It offers structured development, performance reviews, and opportunities to advance into IT systems or cloud engineering.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in IT support, systems administration, networking, or related areas.
Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Microsoft 365, virtualization, and cloud concepts.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, clear communication, documentation, and customer-service mindset.
Eagerness to learn, teamwork, accountability, attention to detail, and discipline in IT/security procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, OS, printers, and user issues on Windows and Mac devices, manage incident logging and SLAs.
Assist with onboarding, role changes and offboarding by managing accounts, MFA, access provisioning, and equipment recovery.
Support administration of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP; assist with Microsoft 365 services management.
