INTECH Automation Intelligence in Lahore, Pakistan, invites applications for an IT Trainee Engineer to support IT operations across service delivery, systems administration, networking, and cloud infra. Fresh graduates will gain hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, Fortinet, and Azure while delivering IT support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Fresh graduate or 0–1 year IT support/ systems administration experience.
• Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Microsoft 365, virtualization, and cloud concepts.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, clear communication, and documentation.
• Willingness to learn and follow IT and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, printers, and user issues across Windows and Mac.
• Log, prioritize, resolve, and escalate incidents via the IT ticketing system per SLAs.
• Assist with onboarding, role changes, and offboarding; manage accounts, MFA, access provisioning, and asset tracking.
• Help administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Assist with patching, EDR, antivirus health checks, Zabbix monitoring, Veeam and Azure Backup.
• Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN/connectivity; monitor Cisco/Ruckus/Fortinet environments.
• Assist with Azure monitoring/administration: VMs, storage, cost reporting, IAM configurations.
• Support security configurations and Microsoft Secure Score improvements.
• Maintain records of incidents, changes, and IT assets; pursue learning milestones.
