Required Qualifications and Experience
Education

- High School diploma with four years of relevant experience; or,
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field with two years of relevant professional experience.

Experience

- Relevant experience in human resources administration or personnel support functions.
- Experience supporting administrative processes and delivering quality HR support services.
- Experience working with confidential personnel information and maintaining accurate records.
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and email systems.
- Previous experience with HRIS or ERP systems, preferably Oracle, is an advantage.
- Previous experience with international organizations, humanitarian agencies, NGOs, or government institutions is an advantage.

Skills

- Knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and administrative practices.
- Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, contract administration, and employee lifecycle management processes.
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
- Understanding of leave administration, timekeeping, and HR data management processes.
- Understanding of records management, document control, and confidentiality requirements.
- Ability to prepare HR reports, personnel statistics, and employment-related documentation.
- Working knowledge of the UN Common System and international organization HR frameworks is an advantage.

Languages
