Job summary

Pakistan Single Window is seeking an IT Administrator to ensure all IT systems run smoothly and users get the maximum benefit from them. The role includes installing and configuring computer hardware, software, and applications, administering peripherals, and managing Office 365/SharePoint environments.

You will handle network configuration, asset inventory, vendor coordination, and day-to-day IT support while maintaining security and backups to support a busy organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ICT preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Certification in Microsoft Technologies (Office 365, SharePoint) will be a plus.
• MS Office, Office 365, WLAN Setup, Basic Video Conferencing Setup, Office 365 Sharepoint and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Keep all IT systems running smoothly and ensure users get maximum benefit from them.
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems, software, and applications.
• Administration of all IT peripherals and installation of printers, scanners, and other ICT peripherals.
• User administration on Domain Controllers and Office 365 configuration.
• Configure and manage SharePoint sites, lists, document libraries, and workflows to meet company needs.
• Provide L1 and L2 support for desktop and laptop users and troubleshoot issues.
