English fluency is mandatory, and the position requires on-site work from 11 AM to 7 PM. Training will be provided after onboarding, and the salary will be revised after probation, with opportunities to grow into more

Qualifications

• 3 months of proven experience as IT Support Engineer / Network Support Engineer / Data Center Technician.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and vendor equipment.
• Familiarity with ticketing and monitoring tools and basic Windows/Linux troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 network and IT infrastructure support within the data center environment
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
• Perform rack & stack, structured cabling, and hardware installations
• Handle hardware break-fix, RMA, and component replacements (Servers, Switches, Routers)
• Perform patching, cable management, and labeling as per standards
• Document network diagrams, incidents, and work performed in ticketing system
• Collaborate with remote NOC and engineering teams for escalations
• Ensure adherence to data center safety, security, and operational procedures
• Work in 8-hour from 11 AM to 7M onsite in Office

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Intern for one year with strong background in Network Support to join our new Data Center project in Tydal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining network infrastructure, providing L1/L2 support, and ensuring high availability of data center operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 network and IT infrastructure support within the data center environment
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
• Perform rack & stack, structured cabling (copper & fiber), and hardware installations
• Handle hardware break-fix, RMA, and component replacements (Servers, Switches, Routers)
• Perform patching, cable management, and labeling as per standards
• Document network diagrams, incidents, and work performed in ticketing system
• Collaborate with remote NOC and engineering teams for escalations
• Ensure adherence to data center safety, security, and operational procedures
• Work in 8-hour from 11 AM to 7M onsite in Office

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3 months of proven experience as IT Support Engineer / Network Support Engineer / Data Center Technician
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals - TCP/IP, OSI Model, Routing & Switching
• Prefereably Hands-on experience with network hardware - Cisco, Juniper, Arista or similar
• Experience with cabling, patch panels, QSFPs, and fiber optics
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow) and monitoring tools
• Good knowledge of Windows/Linux OS troubleshooting is a plus
• Relevant certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+ are highly preferred
• Fluent in English (Written and Spoken) - Mandatory
• After training have to work independently, in shifts, and handle physical tasks
