Job summary

Telerelation is seeking a motivated IT Support Engineer to join our team as a full-time resource. You will provide IT support, manage business systems and assets, and contribute to automation initiatives. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience, strong scripting skills, and experience with Python-based automation.

The role requires working onsite in Islamabad from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with opportunities to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency across our tech stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support, technical support, or systems administration.
• Strong scripting and automation skills.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, cloud platforms, ERP systems, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Jira/YouTrack, and security tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Islamabad from 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support and troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking, security, and system infrastructure.
• Manage business IT assets, systems, and documentation.
• Develop, maintain, and improve Python-based automation scripts.
• Support automation and development-related tasks as needed.
• Monitor system health, security risks, access, and data integrity; follow cybersecurity best practices.
• Coordinate with technical and non-technical teams to resolve IT issues.
