Instech Sol Pvt Ltd in Islamabad is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive IT sales and client acquisition. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are encouraged to apply.

You will develop new business, generate leads on Upwork/LinkedIn, and coordinate with the tech team to deliver tailored IT services, including software development, AI, web, and automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of software development and IT services.
• Ability to understand client requirements and communicate clearly.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn or lead-gen platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and opportunities.
• Generate leads via Upwork, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Assist in preparing and submitting proposals for software projects.
• Communicate professionally with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the technical team to understand client requirements.
• Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Maintain records of proposals, leads, meetings and client communications.
• Learn and understand the company’s software development, AI, web, mobile, and automation services.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly lead generation and business development targets.
