Contour Software Pvt Ltd in Pakistan seeks an IT Support professional to handle 1st/2nd line support across Desktop, Server, Active Directory, Networking, and Cloud Services. You’ll communicate via email, phone, and video to resolve issues within tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage user access, devices, and applications throughout the joiner–mover–leaver lifecycle, focusing on onboarding and offboarding. Hands-on, customer-focused candidates thrive here.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID user management and related apps.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 support and basic networking.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (nice to have) and ability to migrate SharePoint.
• Experience migrating Google Workspace and SharePoint (nice to have).
• Familiar with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage: User mailboxes, shared mailboxes, and distribution lists.
• Microsoft Teams access and M365 groups management; OneDrive access and data transfer during offboarding.
• Assign and revoke licenses based on role and policy.
• Configure MFA, conditional access, and basic security settings per policy.
• Coordinate onboarding with HR and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and compliant offboarding, including access removal and asset recovery.
• Provide Level 1/2 IT support via ticketing system, email, and walk-ins.
• Troubleshoot Windows, MacOS, laptops, desktops, and VPN/networking issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and printers.
• Set up and maintain end-user devices; escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain records of IT assets and user access/permissions; help with Intune/Endpoint Manager if applicable.
• Assist in IT audits with access and system records.
