Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, IT, or related field.
• Strong accounting knowledge is required.
• 3–5+ years in a customer-facing application support role.
• Experience with accounting/ERP software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 application support by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving accounting software issues.
• Document defects with clear bug reports and coordinate with development for fixes.
• Keep customers informed about case status and escalation steps.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
• Assist cross-timezone teams and align with US-based support hours.
