Tricon Marketing is looking for an IT Executive to join our Lahore team. The role focuses on hardware and software troubleshooting, networking, servers, and maintaining call center IT equipment.

A CCNA certification and PFsense experience are preferred, along with a solid understanding of data security, backups, and recovery. The ideal candidate holds a CS/IT degree, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• CCNA knowledge/certification.
• Knowledge of networking, servers, and call center IT equipment.
• Practical experience with pfSense Firewall.
• Understanding of data security, backup, and recovery.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
