Job summary

Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan Limited (DIBPL), Hazro Tehsil, seeks a Branch Manager to lead daily operations and ensure Shari'a-compliant banking practices. You will coach staff, drive sales and deposits growth, and maintain strong customer service standards.

The role requires proven leadership in Pakistan's banking sector, with a focus on risk management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance within a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce or Economics.
• Master's degree or professional certification in banking or Islamic finance is an advantage.
• Experience in branch management or senior roles in retail or Islamic banking within Pakistan.
• Strong leadership, people management and staff development abilities.
• Knowledge of Islamic banking principles, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch staff to deliver high-quality customer service and sales targets.
• Drive cross-selling of banking products and manage deposits growth.
• Maintain risk controls and regulatory compliance across branch operations.
• Monitor branch performance against key metrics and report to senior management.
