Job summary

SIEHS in Karachi is seeking a Warehouse Officer responsible for receiving, counting, inspecting, and issuing goods, while ensuring accurate ERP postings and inventory control.

The role requires a Bachelor's in supply chain management and 1-2 years of warehouse management experience. Local domicile in Sindh and a minimum age of 22 years are expected. This is a full-time on-site position with standard warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, inspect, and verify materials against approved PO/ DCs and specs; report shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure timely recording of material receipts, movements, and warehouse transactions in the ERP system.
• Maintain proper receiving, labeling, storage, preservation, and issuance of materials per SOPs and safety rules.
• Coordinate with BUs for inspection and acceptance; segregate and identify non-conforming items.
• Conduct monthly stock counts and reconcile ERP records; report variances and assist in resolution.
• Provide timely ERP posting for material issuances against MIRs; circulate reports to units.
