Job summary

SIEHS is seeking a warehouse operative in Karachi to handle Receiving, Stacking, and Issuance of goods, ensuring accurate ERP postings. You will assist with material receipts, movements, and stock counts, while maintaining proper labeling, storage, and FEFO compliance.

The role requires basic computer skills and 1–2 years in warehouse management. Responsibilities include issuing against MIRs, distributing operational supplies, and ensuring safety and organized records in SOP-driven processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receive, count, and verify materials/items against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans.
• Assist in recording material receipts, movements, issuances, and other warehouse transactions.
• Ensure proper identification, labelling, segregation, storage, stacking, and preservation of materials.
• Provide support during inspection and acceptance of received materials/items and segregate rejected, damaged, expired, or non-conforming items as directed by the supervisor.
• Assist in monthly physical stock counts, inventory verification, batch/expiry checks, and reconciliation activities.
• Issue materials against approved MIRs, ensuring accurate quantities and documentation.
• Support monthly distribution of stationery, cleaning, grocery, and other operational supplies to Business Units.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, FEFO practices, stock records, registers, and supporting documents in accordance with SOPs and controls.
• Safely handle, load, unload, move, and stack materials, including heavy items, using appropriate equipment and safe handling practices.
• Support timely availability of critical supplies for operations and perform other warehouse, inventory, logistics, and duties assigned by the supervisor.
