Job summary

BAT in AKF, Pakistan seeks a Stores/Inventory Officer to manage receipt, storage and identification of spare parts and materials. You will maintain records, perform daily verifications, and support SAP MM and COUPA driven processes to ensure accurate stock levels.

The role requires 2–5 years in stores or inventory roles within manufacturing or FMCG, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail. 5S housekeeping and safe store operations are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in stores, warehouse, inventory management or spare parts operations.
• FMCG/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Hands-on SAP Inventory Management (MM) and COUPA experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and store operations.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience with OTIF, stock auditing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely receipt, binning, storage and identification of inventory items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement tracking.
• Perform daily physical verification of goods received and issued materials.
• Conduct regular stock validation and OTIF checks to maintain stock levels.
• Verify materials against POs and GR processing documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on rejected/short/over-received materials.
