Hirestaff.ai is seeking a dynamic Team Lead – Operations to oversee a night shift team in an on-site Karachi location. The role requires strong leadership, analytical capabilities, and a knack for improving processes in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor a 15–30+ member team, drive KPI performance, and coordinate across departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Night shift experience and excellent MS Excel skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data using MS Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Identify process gaps and implement efficiency/quality improvements.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments for seamless task execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.

Location: 2nd Floor, Azad Trade Centre, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 14, Karachi

Job timings: 11AM– 8PM | Monday to Saturday | On-site

Robust Support & Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead – Operations to oversee our night shift team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and the ability to manage high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity
• Supervise, mentor, and support a large team, ensuring performance targets are met
