Job summary

foodpanda is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead stock integrity and loss prevention across our national QCommerce network. You will ensure accurate physical stock, systems, and financial records, implementing strong controls at every stage of inventory movement.

Working with Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance, you will identify risks, investigate losses and drive corrective actions to closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance or related discipline.
• At least 5 years in inventory control or related fields in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or darkstore.
• Strong knowledge of stock reconciliation, inventory controls and 3PL governance.
• Experience with WMS/ERP platforms (e.g., SAP) and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory governance, reconciliation and loss prevention across the network.
• Enforce inventory policies across owned and 3PL facilities.
• Ensure stock movements are recorded in WMS/ERP and financial records.
• Lead reconciliations between sub-ledger and General Ledger with Finance.
• Drive corrective actions for shrinkage, expiry and stock discrepancies.
