Job summary

Interact Global is seeking a confident, results-driven International Sales Closer to convert qualified leads into paying clients for its marketing, digital, and IT services. The role requires negotiating with international clients, including US-based businesses, and meeting revenue targets.

You will conduct discovery calls, present proposals, manage objections, and close deals while coordinating with marketing and lead generation teams to improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales closing, international sales, B2B sales, or high-ticket sales.
• Proven track record of converting qualified leads into paying clients.
• Experience selling digital marketing, SEO, web development, software development, IT, or other professional services is preferred.
• Experience working with US-based clients is a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls and virtual meetings with qualified prospects.
• Convert interested leads into paying customers through effective sales techniques.
• Present company services, proposals, pricing, and packages professionally.
• Handle client objections, negotiate commercial terms, and confidently close deals.
• Follow up with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Build trust with potential clients and understand their business needs.
• Manage the sales process from initial discussion to contract signing and client onboarding.
• Close B2B deals with business owners, CEOs, founders, and decision-makers.
• Handle B2C sales conversations and convert individual prospects where applicable.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant services.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Work closely with marketing and lead generation teams to improve conversion rates.
• Communicate professionally with US-based and international prospects.
• Conduct discovery calls, online presentations, and sales negotiations.
• Understand client pain points and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover after closing a deal.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, follow-ups, and closed deals in the CRM.
• Track conversion rates, deal values, and sales pipeline performance.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, challenges, and results.
