Job summary

GlobalEasyHire in Lahore is seeking a Cold Caller to join our onsite night shift team targeting the US market. The role focuses on making outbound B2B calls, selling digital marketing services, and qualifying leads for the sales group.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of cold calling or outbound sales experience, strong English communication, and the ability to persuade and handle objections with international clients. Prior digital marketing sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of cold calling/outbound sales experience.
• Digital marketing sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong English communication and conversational skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with international clients.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills.
• Target-oriented and consistent approach.
• Basic understanding of sales and lead qualification.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B cold calls to potential clients.
• Introduce and sell digital marketing services.
• Promote services including SEO, AEO/GEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development & more.
• Identify prospects and understand their business needs.
• Handle objections and create genuine interest.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call and lead records.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling & lead-generation targets.
