Fab Visa Consultancy is seeking an international recruiter for remote, commission-based work to identify and attract candidates for remote Graduate Sales Executive roles and Marketers across multiple countries.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, graduate networks and referrals, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and keep meticulous records while upholding privacy and transparency in the process.

Qualificações

• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, HR, sales or candidate outreach is an advantage.
• Able to find and communicate with candidates through online platforms.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable screening CVs and assessing basic role suitability.

Responsabilidades

• Identify potential candidates in assigned countries and professional communities.
• Source applicants through LinkedIn, job boards, graduate networks, online communities and referrals.
• Share accurate job descriptions and compensation information with prospective applicants.
• Review CVs and LinkedIn profiles against agreed selection criteria.
• Conduct initial screening and confirm English proficiency, interest and availability.
• Submit complete, relevant candidate profiles through the designated recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate sources, applications, interviews and outcomes.
• Protect candidate information and comply with applicable privacy requirements.

Location: Remote

Compensation: US$450 for every 150 verified successful hires, equivalent to US$3 per qualifying hire, under the agreed commission terms.

About the opportunity

Fab is looking to hire international recruiters for a multinational client who can help identify and attract qualified candidates for remote Graduate Sales Executive positions and Marketers.

This opportunity is suitable for individuals with strong online research and candidate outreach skills.

You will help us connect suitable candidates with an international sales career opportunity while working remotely and managing your own sourcing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential candidates in your assigned countries and professional communities.
• Source applicants through LinkedIn, job boards, graduate networks, online communities and referrals.
• Share accurate job descriptions and compensation information with prospective applicants.
• Review CVs and LinkedIn profiles against agreed selection criteria.

• Explain the distinction between the part-time sales and full-time sales/project management roles.
• Submit complete, relevant candidate profiles through the designated recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Protect candidate information and comply with applicable privacy requirements.
