Cloud Rexpo (Pvt.) Ltd. is hiring an International Dialer for our outbound sales campaigns in Rawalpindi. Work the night shift (8 PM–5 AM) and drive qualified appointments through confident cold calling.

You will use strong English communication to engage decision-makers, overcome objections, and move opportunities toward closure, with uncapped incentive potential based on performance.

Night Shift (8PM - 5AM/Monday - Friday) (U.S. Hours)

Cloud Rexpo (Pvt.) Ltd. is a global digital services and BPO provider connecting top talent with international clients. We are expanding our sales engine and looking for high-energy, persuasive Business Development Executives to drive our outbound cold calling campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to key decision-makers and C-level executives in target markets.
• Deliver engaging elevator pitches to generate interest and schedule qualified discovery/Zoom appointments.
• Overcome objections confidentially and qualify leads based on business requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, call logs, and appointment statuses in the CRM.
• Collaborate with closers and sales leadership to ensure smooth lead handoffs.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or BPO sales (US/UK campaign experience is highly preferred).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal English communication, pitch control, and active listening skills.
• Mindset: Strong objection-handling capabilities, high resilience, and target-driven attitude.
• Availability: Comfortable working on-site in night shift operations.

Salary & Compensation Structure

• Base Salary: PKR 60,000 – PKR 80,000 / month (commensurate with experience)
• Training Allowance: PKR 1,500 / day during the initial 7-day training period.

Uncapped Incentives & Performance Bonuses

• Daily Appearance Bonus: PKR 2,000 upon attending 4 scheduled appointments/day (+ PKR 1,000 for each additional appointment).
• Weekly Appearance Bonus: PKR 8,000 for completing 12 appointments in a week.
• Daily Valid Meeting Bonus: Up to PKR 10,000 / day based on valid meeting tiers (2, 3, or 4 meetings).
• Weekly Valid Meeting Bonus: PKR 10,000 (5 meetings) to PKR 20,000 (8 meetings).
• Monthly Closing Bonus: Paid per closed package (PKR 15,000 to PKR 50,000 per closed client).
• Monthly Target Incentive: Additional PKR 10,000 bonus upon achieving monthly meeting and closing targets.
• Recognition & Titles: Non-monetary badges (Agent of the Day, Warrior of the Week, Star of the Month) awarded for top performers.
