Job summary

Savvital is seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Associate to support a US-based insurance agency. The role blends commercial quoting, policy renewals, health insurance administration, and office support in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year experience with US agencies, strong organization, and the ability to manage policy renewals and client communications effectively.

Qualifications

• 1+ years supporting a US based independent insurance agency with quoting and renewal experience.
• QQCatalyst proficiency preferred.
• Experience with major P&C, professional liability, and health carrier portals preferred.
• Knowledge of ACORD forms, loss runs, E&S compliance, and cyber/professional supplements.

Responsibilities

• Commercial and Personal Quoting & Market Submissions.
• Review inbound prospect files (payroll, revenue, employee counts, operations).
• Submit E&O, D&O, and Cyber Liability applications.
• Complete ACORD applications for Workers' Comp and general P&C.
• Monitor QQCatalyst alerts for expiring accounts (60–90 days).
• Coordinate with wholesale/surplus brokers on hard-to-place risks and gather E&S documentation.
• Group & Personal Health Insurance administration and renewals.
• Manage and update employee censuses for group health prospects.

ABOUT THE ROL

ESavvital is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Associate to support the day-to-day operations of a US-based insurance agency. This role combines commercial insurance quoting, policy renewals, health insurance administration, and office support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting US insurance agencies, strong organizational skills, and the ability to take ownership of policy renewals, client communication, and administrative processes

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Commercial and Personal Quoting & Market Submissions
• Review inbound prospect files (payroll, revenue, employee counts, operations)
• Compile and submit E&O, D&O, and Cyber Liability applications
• Complete ACORD applications for Workers' Comp and general commercial P&C
• Upload underwriting packets to carrier portals or underwriters directly; daily status follow up
• Monitor QQCatalyst alert dashboard for accounts expiring in 60 to 90 days
Order/review loss runs, verify payroll, revenue, and property values
• Coordinate with wholesale/surplus lines brokers on hard to place risks; gather E&S documentation and fraud statements
• Group & Personal Health Insurance
• Manage and update employee censuses for group health prospects and renewals
• Track open enrollment timelines and log plan/subsidy changes
• Daily Office & Client Administration
• Answer office phone calls
• Collect new client information and set up client files
• Send electronic welcome packets
• Help broker prepare for client meetings
• Renewal Paperwork & Follow Up
• Track renewal dates, send renewal notices
• Collect updated client details, file updated forms
• System & Client Records
• Send automated renewal reminders, chase missing underwriting info
• Assist with renewal payment collection and EFT/ACH setup

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years supporting a US based independent insurance agency, with hands on commercial quoting and personal quoting and renewal experience.
• Vertafore QQCatalyst proficiency preferred.
• Experience with major P&C, professional liability, and health carrier portals strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of ACORD forms, loss runs, E&S compliance, cyber/professional supplements, and health census data
